I built my own website so I could have a blog, updated often and so people could find things out about me, all in one place! Then my annoying sister, Sophie who is 10, saw my site and hit me until I made one for her.

If you want to create a 100% free website of your own, here is the step-by-step guide to doing it:
1. Go onto www.freeservers.com
2. Click on 'Sign up' in the first blue box that says 'Free' at the top.
3. Select 'Free Sub-Domain' and choose your web address, click 'Next'.
4. If the name is already in use, make sure you scoll down to the bit that says 'Website Address (sub-domain on one of our great domains)' and choose one of those names, otherwise the account will cost money.
5. Click 'Register'
6. If it doesn't then come up with an ad that says 'Get rid of the ads on your site' you'll have to go back and choose a new name for your site.
7. Click 'No thanks'.
8. The total should stand at 0.00. (If not then go back and try again)
9. ONLY fill in the details with an '*' by them.
10. Click on 'Submit'.
11. Verify your account via email.
12. Start designing your website!!!

Sophie, my sister, also has her own site which she built after seeing mine. She did it with her friend, Johanna. Incase, after visiting it, you are wondering which one of the two 'designers' came up with all the sad and cheesy paragraphs it was, I'm embarressed to say, Sophie. Seriously, you wouldn't think we were related...
